About the Design

This Dinosaur originally looked very different; its original name (Cogitatio Aeterna) translates in Latin to "eternal Reflection", with various lines and shapes meant to illustrate this concept.

However, after years of exposure, the dinosaur was repainted and given a new name, Skeletosaurus, by Greater Pittsburgh Orthopedic Associates (GPOA). Its painting represents the internal skeleton of the dinosaur and is now called Skeletosaurus-1.
